? Build and support Java based backend services and integration APIs
? Analyze and trace the Rx order lifecycle across multiple downstream systems
? Troubleshoot WLB failures, routing issues, and cross system discrepancies
? Develop AI/ML powered alerting, anomaly detection, and automated remediation for dispensing workflows
? Create and maintain Splunk and Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and health metrics for APIs and WLB performance
? Integrate DaaS workflows with ServiceNow (incident, problem, and automation)
? Document APIs, workflows, disposition logic, runbooks, and operational processes
Required Qualifications
