They operate high-volume processing and packaging operations and are looking to strengthen their maintenance team with experienced technicians who can keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity working with automated packaging equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, motors, pumps, refrigeration, and other plant equipment.

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume manufacturing and packaging operation. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime and keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded maintenance professional with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment.
Diagnose electrical systems and replace failed components.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and equipment drawings.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and understand ladder logic.
Service and repair electric motors, pumps, refrigeration equipment, heaters, coolers, and related systems.
Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot packaging and processing machinery.
Fabricate, assemble, repair, and test machine components as needed.
Assist with equipment installation and relocation.
Use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other maintenance equipment.
Document repairs and equipment conditions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
4+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, and/or electrical experience preferred.
Manufacturing or production maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Experience with automated packaging or processing equipment is a plus.
Working knowledge of PLC ladder logic and industrial electrical systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with motors, pumps, electrical components, and production machinery.
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
Technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical maintenance is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
Comfortable working in refrigerated areas of 40F or below.
Able to meet the physical requirements of a hands-on maintenance position.
