IT Business Analyst (17424)

Baer is looking for IT Business Analyst for a 12-month Federal remote Project.
Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description

• Convert cloud software entitlements into infrastructure build specifications (build sheets) for provisioning.
• Create and maintain build sheets using automation tools based on defined standards.
• Review and validate build sheets with operations and technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to finalize and approve build specifications.
• Maintain build sheet logs, KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
• Support validation processes to ensure error-free provisioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve build standards.
• Provide regular reporting and metrics to leadership on performance and issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT/business analyst or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with experience handling technical data accurately.
• Good understanding of IT concepts, cloud computing, and systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor s Degree.

Preferred

• Experience with Cloud ERP and infrastructure/landscape concepts.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS models.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, Windows/Linux).
• Experience in a managed services environment.
