Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced CCA (Clinical Care Advance) / TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite) Integration Consultant to support a long-term healthcare engagement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in platform stability, system enhancements, upgrades, production support, and next-generation AI integration initiatives.
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in CCA & TCS upgrades, hotfix deployments, business enhancements, troubleshooting, and healthcare workflow integrations, along with strong collaboration skills to work across engineering, operations, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
CCA & TCS Platform Support
Provide end-to-end support for CCA and TCS platforms including UI, workflows, batch jobs, UM/CM modules, and integrations
Support production and non-production environments with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
Participate in incident management and on-call support rotations as needed
Upgrades, Patching & Hotfixes
Lead and support CCA & TCS upgrades, patching activities, and hotfix deployments
Conduct impact analysis, validation, and regression testing support after deployments
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and operational risks
Business Enhancements & Customizations
Design and implement business enhancements, customizations, extensions, and remediation activities
Support feature rollouts and configuration updates aligned with business requirements
Ensure development follows quality standards, documentation practices, and deployment guidelines
AI & Automation Enablement
Collaborate on AI-driven healthcare initiatives including:
Clinical workflow automation
Intelligent insights and decision support
AI/ML integrations within the CCA/TCS ecosystem
Support modernization and automation initiatives alongside architecture teams
Environment & System Administration
Support CCA & TCS environment setup, configuration, maintenance, and deployments
Monitor batch jobs, system performance, and overall platform health
Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for compliance and access management
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams
Assist in onboarding new resources through structured KT activities
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems
Strong hands-on expertise in:
CCA (Clinical Care Advance)
TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite)
Experience with:
CCA & TCS upgrades and patching
Hotfix deployments
Production support & incident management
Business enhancements and customizations
Strong understanding of Healthcare workflows:
Clinical
Utilization Management (UM)
Care Management (CM)
Claims Processing
Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL Server troubleshooting and data analysis
.NET / C# development for integrations and custom components
Batch processing and job scheduling
API integrations and interface concepts
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with AI / automation initiatives in healthcare platforms
Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud environments
Experience modernizing legacy healthcare platforms
Containerization experience (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
