Business Analyst – Finance | Infor CloudSuite
Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Finance with strong Infor CloudSuite Financials expertise to support business process transformation and implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the internal SME for Infor CloudSuite Financial Modules
- Support Record to Report (R2R), Billing to Collections (B2C), and Cash Processing to Reconciliation
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner
- Own business requirements and act as the source of truth for implementation
- Lead stakeholder design discussions and validate future-state processes
- Analyze current-state processes, pain points, customizations, gaps, and workarounds
- Challenge implementation solutions that do not align with business requirements
- Document configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds
- Lead test strategy, test scenarios, and test script development
- Perform unit testing and lead E2E, SIT, and UAT
- Support data migration activities and collaborate with the Data Architect
- Develop training materials, job aids, and lead training sessions
- Support user adoption and change management activities
- Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Identify and communicate risks, data issues, and project impacts to leadership
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Infor CloudSuite Financials experience
- Hands-on experience with R2R, B2C, and Cash Processing to Reconciliation
- Business requirements gathering and documentation
- Current-state and future-state process analysis
- Infor CloudSuite implementation experience
- Stakeholder and implementation partner management
- Functional testing, SIT, UAT, and E2E testing
- Data migration support
- Process flows, business rules, and configuration documentation
- Training materials and user adoption
- Requirements Traceability Matrix and risk management
