Join our enterprise engineering organization as a Lead/Mid-Level Data Architect overseeing our Enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) program. In this role, you will design and implement enterprise TDM frameworks using K2View, partnering across software engineering, QE, security, and infrastructure to deliver secure, masked, and automated test data solutions.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery lead for the enterprise TDM program.
- Design and implement K2View solutions for data masking, subsetting, provisioning, and synthetic data generation.
- Define and execute TDM adoption roadmaps, governance, standards, and operating procedures across product portfolios.
- Partner across QE, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership to drive alignment and present project milestones.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, or Test Data Management.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale TDM initiatives.
Demonstrated hands-on technical lead experience implementing K2View TDM solutions.
Expertise in data privacy compliance, synthetic data creation, data masking, and subsetting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record scaling TDM capabilities across multi-disciplinary engineering portfolios.
Experience integrating TDM workflows into CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
