Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and enterprise transformation efforts. This individual will partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution, ensure alignment across workstreams, and deliver strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs involving AI, automation, and digital capabilities
* Coordinate activities across engineering, product, UX, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
* Act as the central point of communication for project stakeholders, leadership teams, and business partners
* Establish project roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and governance processes
* Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
* Prepare executive-level updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions
* Facilitate planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews
* Manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery timelines and business objectives
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution and team effectiveness
* Promote collaboration and accountability across multiple functional groups

REQUIREMENTS:
* Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification
* Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging technology initiatives
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology organizations
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
* Ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
