Description
Manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects.
Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff (lead engineers, foremen, etc)

Responsibilities

Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance
Leads implementation of all company safety policies
Serve as Owner/Client Interface
Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact Co-Lead Pursuit
Strategy with Marketing/Business development
Assistance Oversight of Change Management Process
Develops project staffing plan
Oversees successful development and implementation of Project
Able to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs Review & Approve Project
Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
15+ years' experience.
Manage multiple projects $75 million+
Contracts and Risk Management
Budgeting experience
Microsoft Office
Document control and scheduling software experience
OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Develop or maintain relationships with clients and team members
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Dependability
Decision-making/problem-solving skills
Comfortable public speaking skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS:
Adapt to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction site.
Ability to:
Physically stand, bend, sit and squat throughout the day.
Repetitive movments.
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds at a time.
