Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager with extensive expertise in leading enterprise HR transformation programs and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud projects, collaborating with global customer and vendor teams, and ensuring successful delivery through all project phases.

This role requires exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery management skills, along with deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation methodologies and Agile delivery practices.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing global customer and vendor delivery engagements.
• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects from initiation through post-production support.
• Manage project delivery across all implementation phases, including:
  • Solution Design
  • Build & Configuration
  • Integration
  • Testing
  • Data Migration
  • Go-Live
  • Hypercare Support
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines are achieved.

Oracle HCM Cloud Program Management

• Manage full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation programs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across functional, technical, integration, and testing teams.
• Ensure successful deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while maintaining quality and governance standards.
• Drive successful adoption of Oracle HCM best practices and implementation methodologies.

Customer & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customer and vendor teams.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Project Managers to develop integrated project plans and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project objectives.
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and implementation partners.

Scope & Change Management

• Manage Statement of Work (SOW)-based delivery engagements.
• Govern project scope, deliverables, assumptions, and contractual commitments.
• Lead Change Request (CR) management processes and evaluate project impacts.
• Ensure project changes are properly reviewed, approved, and communicated.

Governance & Reporting

• Establish and manage project governance frameworks.
• Lead governance meetings including:
  • Steering Committee (SteerCo)
  • Executive Status Reviews
  • Change Control Boards
  • Project Governance Meetings
• Prepare executive dashboards, weekly status reports, milestone tracking, and project health reports.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to executive stakeholders.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage:
  • Project Risks
  • Issues
  • Dependencies
  • Assumptions
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of project challenges while minimizing delivery impact.

Testing, Go-Live & Hypercare

• Coordinate all testing activities including:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Production Validation
• Lead Go-Live readiness assessments.
• Manage Hypercare support and transition to production support teams.
• Ensure business readiness and successful production stabilization.

• Strong understanding of enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Implementation certifications.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience managing large global HR transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in enterprise SaaS implementations.
