Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to meet business and user experience requirements.
Interpret and implement Figma wireframes into responsive, user-friendly Experience Cloud layouts and components.
Leverage Salesforce Field Service / Lightning Experience capabilities to build and extend Experience Cloud portals for technicians, partners, and customers.
Develop and customize functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows to support portal use cases and business processes.
Apply Experience Cloud security best practices, including proper configuration of Guest User Profiles, sharing rules, and access controls.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and functionality.
Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Experience Cloud solutions.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce platform standards, scalability principles, and performance best practices.
Document configurations, processes, and technical designs for ongoing support and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
Strong ability to translate Figma wireframes into Salesforce Experience Cloud components and templates.
Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service Management and Lightning Experience features.
Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
Solid understanding of Experience Cloud security, including Guest User access, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and data visibility.
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (App Builder, Experience Builder, Flow Builder).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
Experience building portals for customers, partners, or field service technicians.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design within Salesforce.
Familiarity with integration patterns involving Experience Cloud and Field Service.
