We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA RTR Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in Record to Report processes and SAP HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and accounting functions, technical SAP HANA expertise, and hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting RTR processes in large-scale enterprise environments.

1.        Knowledgeable in Open text, Project Systems, and Tax

2.        RTR Process Design and Implementation:

·        Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes in SAP HANA.

·        Work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions.

3.        System Configuration and Optimization:

·        Configure SAP HANA modules for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

·        Optimize system performance for efficient financial closing, reporting, and compliance.

4.        Integration and Collaboration:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FI-CO) to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

·        Provide expertise in SAP HANA database and analytics for improved reporting and insights.

5.        Support and Troubleshooting:

·        Manage and resolve RTR-related system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.

·        Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

6.        Governance and Compliance:

·        Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

·        Support external and internal audits by providing necessary data and system configurations.

Experience Required:

·        Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes with at least 5 years on SAP HANA.

·        Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments.

·        Expertise in SAP HANA, FI-CO module, and RTR configurations.

·        Strong knowledge of financial reporting tools and integration with BI platforms.

·        Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is a plus.
