Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery for large-scale enterprise digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing solutions involving billing, payments, promotions, APIs, microservices, and digital platforms. 
Required Skills

12+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Enterprise Platform Lead

Strong Agile/Scrum and SAFe experience (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Management)

Expertise in Jira, Jira Align, Rally, Confluence, and ServiceNow

Experience with Billing Systems, Payment Platforms, Promotions Engines, Customer Experience Platforms, or Digital Commerce

Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, System Integrations, Kafka/Event-Driven Architecture

Experience with Cloud Platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines

Ability to create Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, KPIs, and NFRs

Experience with UAT, Release Management, Production Support, Incident Management, and Operational Readiness

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Telecom, FinTech, Payments, Subscription Management, or Digital Platform experience

Exposure to Splunk, Grafana, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL, Tableau, Apigee, and Redis

Experience with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, or Cursor

SAFe, CSPO, Scrum Master, or PMP certification
