We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction- This position plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the ground-up construction, expansion, addition, and renovations of healthcare facilities, including Medical Office Buildings (MOB), hospitals, and seismic retrofits. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects, including experience with seismic retrofit, NPC upgrade, SPC upgrade, and OSHPD renovations. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction project, from initial planning and foundation laying to final completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Oversee the construction of healthcare facilities, including MOB, hospitals, and parking garages.
  • Manage seismic retrofit, NPC upgrade, SPC upgrade, and OSHPD renovations.
  • Ensure all worksites comply with health and safety regulations, and that all staff and contractors are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of each project, including any challenges or issues that have arisen and how these are being addressed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Continually review and update project management strategies and methodologies, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from the ground up, including expansions, additions, and renovations.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in seismic retrofit, NPC upgrade, SPC upgrade, and OSHPD renovations.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, from construction staff to clients.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
