Role: OneSource Tax Support Analyst
Location: Remote, USA

OneSource (Thomson Reuters) Tax Application Support Analyst
Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Engine
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance
Understanding of US Sales & Use Tax processes
Experience with ERP integrations and tax determination logic
Provide application support for Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Engine integrated with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance.
Monitor and troubleshoot tax calculation issues for AP, AR, Procurement, and Expense transactions.
Support and resolve integration issues between Oracle Fusion and OneSource (via APIs/OIC or middleware).
Maintain and validate tax configurations, tax rules, jurisdictions, and tax codes.
Investigate and resolve tax determination errors and failed transactions in production.
Support testing, validation, and deployment of tax updates and configuration changes.
Work with Finance, IT, and Tax teams to ensure accurate tax calculation and compliance.
Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
