Job Responsibilities:
The Drain Mast Electrical Technician will support client Valencia"s Drain Mast production area and R&O ECS production requirements. This role is tied to rising production demand after two employees left the area in early 2025 and were not replaced. The position requires hands-on production support involving epoxy/wet setup, potential painting/molding work, complex electrical wire schematics, and the ability to set up and perform electrical functional testing. Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven aerospace manufacturing environment where ITAR compliance, production quality, and accurate work execution are critical.
Software/Tools Used:
Complex electrical wire schematics, electrical functional testing equipment, epoxy/wet setup materials, painting/molding tools or equipment, shop-floor work instructions, production travelers, PPE, standard hand tools, and basic test equipment.
Top 3 Skills/Must haves:
1. Ability to work with complex electrical wire schematics and support electrical functional testing.
2. Epoxy/wet setup experience or related hands-on composite/production process experience.
3. Painting, molding, drain mast production, aerospace production, or similar hands-on manufacturing experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with aerospace production, R&O/ECS support, composite-related production, epoxy, wet setups, painting, molding, electrical functional testing, wire schematics, work instructions, and ITAR-regulated manufacturing. Candidates with automotive painting experience may be considered if they can paint and adapt to client's production environment.
