Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and AI integrations.
- Define architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide the development team in implementing robust solutions.
- Mentor engineers and enforce technical excellence aligned with product goals.
- Daily Development & Hands-On Coding
- Contribute directly to Power Apps development-building, customizing, and maintaining components, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate on feature implementation, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Platform Integration & Automation
- Integrate third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools) and AI services (e.g., OpenAI).
- Build Power Automate workflows and ensure smooth data exchange across platforms.
- Support Deployment Engineers to streamline client deployment and onboarding processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Security, Scalability & CI/CD
- Implement best practices for Azure AD, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 10+ years in software development, with 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect.
- Previous start-up or fast-paced product environment experience preferred.
- Technical Expertise
- Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure services (Functions, LogicApps, Service Bus, AD, Key Vault, App Services).
- Strong integration experience with Dynamics 365 CE and third-party platforms.
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and data migration strategies.
- Solid grasp of CI/CD practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and system performance tuning.
- Integration Architecture: APIs (REST/GraphQL), ESB, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL
- Data Architecture: RDBMS, NoSQL, data lakes, caching strategies
- Certifications
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Azure Architecture (preferred).
- Dynamics 365 CE certifications highly desirable.
Nice to Have
-
- Experience with OpenAI or other AI APIs.
- Background in construction or legal tech, especially CLM platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Project Management platforms used in the Construction industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
