We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 IT Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise systems. Serving as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues, you will work closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain stable and secure IT services. This is a critical role on a high-performing team focused on supporting enterprise users, cloud platforms, and device infrastructure.

responsibilities:
- Provide advanced Level 3 support for escalated technical incidents affecting enterprise users, systems, and infrastructure.
- Act as the final escalation point for unresolved incidents, performing deep technical analysis and root-cause identification.
- Administer, troubleshoot, and manage Google Workspace tickets, ChromeOS, and mobile device management (Android/iOS).
- Maintain systems across Windows, macOS, networking, cloud services, and identity management.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and contribute to the creation and review of technical knowledge base documentation.
qualifications:
8+ years of enterprise IT support or system administration experience.
Advanced expertise in Google Workspace administration, ChromeOS, and enterprise-level device management.
Strong experience supporting mixed OS environments (Windows, macOS, and Chrome).
Solid understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active ITIL certification.
Direct experience with Android/iOS mobile device management in an enterprise setting.
Proven track record of managing complex identity platforms and endpoint configurations.
