Salesforce Developer with SDET/Selenium

Job Summary:

- Lead and represent QA activities for multiple scrum teams, particularly focusing on Agentforce, with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Apply strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts within QA teams.
- Utilize expertise in Agile principles and preferably SAFe methodology within a hybrid, local work environment.
- Conduct end-to-end Salesforce software quality assurance, from planning to execution.
- Possess significant experience testing Agentforce and understanding its non-deterministic nature.
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations to ensure system interoperability and data accuracy.
- Create and execute test automation strategies and scripts for comprehensive coverage.
- Grasp AI concepts and apply them to test scenarios, validating and refining based on results.
- Generate prompts and use Test Center to execute and validate those prompts.
- Ensure test data mirrors realistic user interactions for accurate validation of topic and action accuracy.
- Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA for tracking and reporting.
- Bonus: Experience in testing customer support/contact center systems.
- Health care industry experience is strongly preferred.
