Summary

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 2 months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system.
  • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
  • Electromechanical experience a plus
  • Experience repairing laser and wide-format printers
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
  • Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
  • Active driver's license.
  • CompTIA A+

What You Will Be Doing
  • IT Field Technician tasks include driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
  • Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
