Location: Onsite in Irving, TX (Local Only) F2F Interview required
Contract: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with strong Python experience to join our QA automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright and Python, with a strong understanding of web application testing and automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Python.
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web applications.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, test case development, execution, and reporting.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot automation failures.
- Maintain automation scripts and improve test coverage and reliability.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Experience with PyTest or similar Python testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of UI/Web Automation Testing.
- Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of API testing and REST APIs.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of QA processes and software testing methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and testing environments.
Important Requirement
F2F interview is mandatory. Candidates must be local or able to attend the face-to-face interview.
