Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Waterford, MI (2 days on-site)

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Business Systems Analyst to support projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and the Service Center teams. The successful candidate will own project assignments and use strong communication and analytical skills to ensure deliverables meet project specifications.


Responsibilities

Evaluate the data to underpin the project requirements and the technology solutions.

Document technical requirements to help ensure project deliverables fulfill specifications.

Support testing and implementation of technology solutions.

Research and develop procedures to improve current systems.

Provide training and support to users.

Prepare the RFPs and the contract scopes of deliverables.

Work with the Infrastructure Services teams throughout project delivery.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.

Experience in data analytics.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem resolution skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of project assignments.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience dealing with contracts and Requests for Proposals.

Experience with the Webex Calling platform or Telecommunications Expense Management.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, and CMDB discovery.
