1. Role Summary
The SharePoint Developer will contribute to SharePoint Maintenance and Enhancements activities, with a focus on fulfilling Service Requests and Incidents reported for the SharePoint Online Environment and Microsoft Power Platform based development to support enhancements and small projects and M365 Administration. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and supporting other M365 tools like M365 Groups, Teams, OneDrive, Planner etc.
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Fulfilling Service Requests and Incidents reported mainly for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business but also for M365 groups, Teams, Planner and other M365 apps.
b. Design, build, and enhance Power Platform–based solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner etc.
c. Perform packaging, exporting, importing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions within different Power Platform environments
d. Work closely with the SharePoint Lead, M365 developers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and follow defined support and enhancement processes.
e. Assist with testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
f. Document technical configurations, migration steps, and deployment procedures as per Client delivery standards.
3. Required Skills & Experience
a. Technical Skills
1. 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience working on SharePoint Online and Power Platform
2. Strong development experience with Power Platform:
o Power Apps (SharePoint Integrates, Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps)
o Power Automate (cloud flows)
3. Experience in Power Platform solution lifecycle management, including packaging and deployments.
4. Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration and Power Platform Admin Center, Teams and Groups Administration, Planner Administration
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups, Microsoft Planner
6. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance concepts.
