Summary

Role: Oracle BCEA Functional Lead 
Location: Remote   USA  
Type: Long Term Contract 
Responsibilities:

Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Financials (BCEA) solutions, gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and configuring modules aligned with enterprise finance and procurement processes.

Configure and support Encumbrance Accounting and Budgetary Control, enabling funds checking, commitment tracking, and real-time spending control across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across GL, obligations, and actual expenditures.

Lead SIT/UAT testing, production support, and process optimization, managing change requests, resolving functional issues, and ensuring compliance with financial governance and budget control policies.
