Location: San Francisco, CA – 100 % Onsite – NO REMOTE

Role Summary
We are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare and patient-related projects to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure smooth execution of patient-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

·       Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement

·       Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams

·       Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, and Tech Leads on patient program delivery

·       Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics

·       Ensure alignment with compliance and governance standards in healthcare projects

 Required Skills & Experience

·       6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Healthcare / Life Sciences

·       Hands-on experience with patient-related projects (patient engagement, adherence, onboarding, etc.)

·       Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

·       Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams

·       Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred

·       Excellent facilitation and communication skills
