What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end project and program execution from planning to delivery
- Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomes
- Use project management tools (such as Asana) to track progress and risks
- Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making
- Identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with technical or engineering teams
- Background supporting customer-facing or digital environments
- Ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
