Job Description:
Project / Program Manager II (Remote - East Coast Preferred)

Pay: $50-$57/hr | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end project and program execution from planning to delivery
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomes
  • Use project management tools (such as Asana) to track progress and risks
  • Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making
  • Identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with technical or engineering teams
  • Background supporting customer-facing or digital environments
  • Ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
