Preferred Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding o Manage DNS and CNAME requests for new customer implementations.

o Coordinate and configure externally facing SSL/TLS certificates using DigiCert. o Configure webchat environments using Terraform-based automation. o Ensure onboarding activities are completed consistently, securely, and with minimal manual intervention.

• AWS Development and Platform Support

o Create and maintain API Gateway integrations, including integrations for Robin on Teams.

o Manage secrets securely using AWS Secrets Manager.

o Configure and maintain AWS Web Application Firewall policies.

o Perform Application Load Balancer updates and routing changes.

o Support CloudFront and Amazon S3 configurations for web and static content delivery.

o Assist with AWS Lambda and ECS-based application deployments.

• CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation o Build and maintain GitLab CI pipelines for application deployment.

o Use Docker for containerized application packaging and runtime consistency.

o Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for repeatable infrastructure provisioning.

o Promote automation-first practices to reduce operational effort and deployment risk.

• Azure AI and Knowledge Integration

o Support SharePoint-to-vector-store synchronization workflows.

o Assist in maintaining document-grounded AI assistant capabilities.

o Collaborate on improvements to AI-based search, retrieval, and knowledge grounding processes.

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing DevOps Solutions, React.js, and full stack Java. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable solutions to meet project objectives. The Technical Specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of various technologies to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement devops solutions to automate and improve the efficiency of software development processes.
2. Develop frontend interfaces using react.js and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
3. Create scalable backend services and apis using full stack java technologies.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to devops, react.js, and full stack java applications.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the software development landscape.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in devops solutions, including ci/cd pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
2. Solid experience in react.js for building interactive user interfaces.
3. Strong expertise in full stack development using java technologies.
4. Knowledge of database management systems and restful api design.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in DevOps, React.js, or Java technologies are a plus.
