Job Details
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the QMS software (user management, access control, configuration updates).
- Perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendors.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Manage system-related change requests, deviations, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with quality and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all system updates, incidents, and fixes.
- ct as the point of contact between business users, IT, and software vendors.
