Summary

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Space Test Engineer position with expertise in electronic warfare and test architecture supporting an acquisition product office with Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors. The Test Engineer will provide technical support to a new Space Program leveraging DoDI 5000.02 Middle Tier Acquisition Rapid Prototyping. This position requires a talented Test Engineer that can work with a cross functional team to drive the test requirements and strategy in a synergistic space architecture. Must coordinate with Independent Test Agencies and write the Test & Evaluation Master Plan and Test Reports. The candidate will design and perform agile testing for all phases of the system lifecycle and support programmatic activities including request for proposal/ white paper, inform source selection, design, development, test and evaluation, training, and sustainment. The candidate should be versed in DoD Weapon Systems Engineering principles, processes, and documentation.

Required Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (ex. Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering).
  • Can substitute 10 years relevant DoD Test Lead Experience for degree.
  • with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to lead Test Integrated Product Teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to include documenting and archiving test material.

Required Experience
  • Direct experience with DoD testing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with developmental or operational testing of Space and/or Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Experience with Test and Evaluation of complex, highly technical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and technologies.
  • Experience overseeing test execution.
  • Experience writing test plans, procedures, and reports.

Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience with Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Test Practitioner (or comparable civilian certificate).
  • Experience with 'Agile Testing' to support continual integration/ demonstration.
