You Are:

You are a skilled leader with extensive SoC/ASIC experience and a passion for customer success. You thrive managing teams, solving technical challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally. Your expertise in high-speed protocols and people management enables you to deliver outstanding results for customers and your team.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers.
  • Manage execution across multiple customer projects.
  • Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions.
  • Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements.
  • Track metrics and optimize team processes.

  • Enhance adoption of Synopsys Interface IP products.
  • Enable successful customer design integrations.
  • Boost customer satisfaction and support innovation.
  • Strengthen Synopsys' market position.
  • Drive next-generation product development.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
  • 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership.
  • Experience with PCIe/Ethernet protocols.
  • Hands-on simulation, synthesis, STA expertise.
  • Strong team leadership and customer support skills.
Who You Are:
  • Creative, results-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver.
  • Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time.
The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

A collaborative group focused on enabling customers to integrate Synopsys Interface IP into their SoCs and supporting them through design and deployment.
