What You'll Be Doing:- Lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers.
- Manage execution across multiple customer projects.
- Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions.
- Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements.
- Track metrics and optimize team processes.

What You'll Need:- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership.
- Experience with PCIe/Ethernet protocols.
- Hands-on simulation, synthesis, STA expertise.
- Strong team leadership and customer support skills.
Who You Are:- Creative, results-oriented, and collaborative.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver.
- Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time.
The Team You'll Be A Part Of:A collaborative group focused on enabling customers to integrate Synopsys Interface IP into their SoCs and supporting them through design and deployment.
