Job Details

As a Lead Engineer / Senior Staff Engineer on our team, we are constructing large, scalable environments where AI agents learn cooperation and competition. We are hiring engineers to build the core runtime layer that makes this possible.

This will be unusually hard. You should not apply unless:

• You are exceptionally strong technically
• You've built at least one non-trivial system end-to-end
• You prefer to own problems completely
• You are comfortable with high autonomy and high expectations.

We need someone who:

• Is strong across the stack - backend services, data pipelines, and systems infrastructure.
• Moves fluidly between Python and C++
• Has a strong quantitative background required (CS, math, physics, or equivalent).
• Is comfortable with systems design and performance tradeoffs.
• Uses AI tools in your daily workflow.
