Job Description

The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) organization sets the firm's data and AI strategic direction, delivers firmwide data/AI solutions and expertise, and sets standards for responsible and controlled adoption. Within CDAO, the Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO) enables stakeholders across the firm to strengthen the firm's data foundation, minimize data and privacy risks, make data self-describing and AI-ready, accelerate data development and AI utilization to maximize commercial outcomes, and grow talent to strengthen the ownership and operating model around data.

As a CDAO Senior Associate - Data Governance Lifecycle Adoption within the Firmwide CDO Data Governance team, you will support the Data Governance Lifecycle (DGLC) Program Lead to drive adoption across the firm. In this role, you will assist with training development and delivery, adoption planning and tracking, stakeholder guidance, and program communications to enable Data Owners and LOB/CF CDO teams to adopt the DGLC effectively.

Job responsibilities
  • Define an adoption & rollout methodology across the Data Governance function to support firmwide projects
  • Support the development, scheduling, and delivery of DGLC training (eLearning, office hours, job aids, FAQs) for Data Owners and LOB/CF stakeholders
  • Assist with LOB/CF adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and execution timelines
  • Draft guidance and user-facing materials aligned to the DGLC Playbook and Execution Operating Model, maintaining consistency of language and expectations
  • Track program adoption and training completion; prepare regular updates and metrics for senior management and the DGLC Program Lead
  • Coordinate execution activities, partnering with LOB/CF Chief Data Office teams and develop operational metrics to facilitate oversight
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and consistency in training, communications, and onboarding artifacts across the firm
  • Develop effective presentations and project update materials suitable for senior executives
  • Participate and collaborate in workstream meetings and ad hoc working sessions including driving agendas, preparing meeting minutes and keeping track of agreed actions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with training, project management, or stakeholder management responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, or other related area
  • Experience with writing and editing job aids and training materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams while delivering solutions within a tight timeline
  • Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience and knowledge of data management and governance
  • Experience in developing or maintaining Risk, Program or Operational Metrics
  • Applied knowledge of data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) and workflow automation tools preferred
