Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid two days on-site)
Interview: Teams with final round on site (locals or nearby states)

Exp Level: 5 years and up

Duration: 12 months +

Rate: $50 - $52 on W2

Description:

Summary: Automates software delivery processes and maintains CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities: Build infrastructure as code, manage deployments, monitor systems.

Skills: Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a collaborative software development environment.
- Strong understanding of revision control systems and their role in development, build, testing, and deployment processes; hands-on experience with Git is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle and iterative/agile development methodologies.
- Experience with source control, build automation, debugging, deployment, log management, monitoring/alerting, scripting, and software testing.
