About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead our enterprise-wide SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA implementation, migration, and optimization. You will own program strategy, budget, delivery, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring SAP investments deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC migrations, rollouts, and upgrades)
  • Define program roadmap, governance, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
  • Manage program budgets, resources, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT)
  • Partner with executive leadership and steering committees to communicate progress and resolve escalations
  • Drive change management, data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Establish architecture, security, and compliance standards across the SAP landscape
  • Build and mentor a high-performing program management team

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 18+ years of experience, with 8+ years leading SAP programs
  • Proven track record delivering at least two full-cycle S/4HANA or major SAP implementations
  • Strong experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and global or multi-site programs
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM) and integration points
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
