Duration: 9-month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

Russell Tobin is seeking a Marketing Manager II to support a global, high-performing Marketing Operations team. This role sits at the center of marketing strategy and execution, acting as a key partner to senior marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational rigor, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Resource Management

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of budget forecasting tools
  • Oversee headcount tracking and reporting tools

Rhythm of Business

  • Prepare leadership for business cadences and cross-functional reviews
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications

Goals & Planning

  • Drive timelines and execution across annual and cross-annual planning cycles
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives

Cross-Functional Operations

  • Serve as an interface between marketing leadership and global teams
  • Partner with functions such as Marketing Tools & Measurement
  • Triage and direct marketing teams to appropriate resources or solutions


About the Team

The Worldwide Marketing Operations team partners closely with senior marketing leaders, acting as an extension of their leadership teams. This group plays a critical role in:

  • Managing headcount and budgeting processes
  • Coordinating planning cycles and business rhythms
  • Supporting strategic decision-making, including investment evaluation and organizational design

Marketing Operations leaders function as individual contributors while maintaining a high degree of influence across global teams and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related fields
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, or headcount planning tools
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
