Location: Malvern, PA – Hybrid
Experience: 10+ Years Total IT Experience | 5+ Years as Salesforce Product Owner/Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner / Product Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and CRM transformation programs.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Product Ownership/Product Management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- CRM strategy, roadmap planning & product lifecycle management
- Requirements gathering & business analysis
- Strong documentation experience with BRD, SRS, functional specifications, use cases, gap analysis, process flows, user stories & acceptance criteria
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management & UAT coordination
- Salesforce implementation and transformation experience
- Financial Services/Banking domain experience highly preferred
- Wealth Management, Lending, Mortgage or Financial Advisory platform experience is a plus
Good to Have: CSPO, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
