NetSuite SCM Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a NetSuite SCM Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead Architect with strong experience in NetSuite ERP, SCM, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both business users and technical teams, translating requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, enhancement, and production support activities.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functional and technical solutions.

• Support Inventory, WMS, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, O2C and P2P processes.

• Configure NetSuite workflows, roles, permissions, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.

• Develop and support SuiteScript, Suitelets, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations.

• Support NetSuite OneWorld, subsidiaries, multi-location, intercompany, and financial processes.

• Work with developers and business stakeholders on integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, and deployments.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with NetSuite Support when required.

• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

• Recommend improvements based on NetSuite best practices and business requirements.

Preferred

• Experience with SuiteCommerce, Dell Boomi or other iPaaS platforms

• Experience with multi-subsidiary/global NetSuite implementations

• Strong techno-functional and stakeholder management experience

• Experience leading NetSuite implementations or enhancement projects

Ideal Profile: 12+ years of NetSuite experience with a strong combination of NetSuite Administration, SCM/WMS functional knowledge, SuiteScript development, integrations, and solution architecture.
