Our Challenge:
We are looking for an L2 Production Support Engineer to join our team in Hopkins, MN, and candidates must be able to work 3 or more days per week onsite.The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling L2 production support activities, including troubleshooting and triaging tickets, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring smooth production operations. In addition, the role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying enhancements and bug fixes into production. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams and business users to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and triage L2 production support tickets.
- Analyze and fix data-related issues to ensure processes move forward without delays.
- Investigate production incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Design, develop, and test enhancements and bug fixes.
- Deploy fixes and enhancements into the production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to understand issues and deliver solutions.
- Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of production applications.
- Participate in ongoing support and continuous improvement of the application environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) – primary skill requirement.
- Experience in L2 production support and incident/problem resolution.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and data issues effectively.
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying application fixes and enhancements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Java experience is a plus.
