Supply Chain Analyst to help implement industrial engineering and Lean principles in the processes at our warehouse. Through a detailed understanding of the warehouse s objectives and in collaboration with internal and external teams, the Supply Chain Analyst will help improve processes to increase overall efficiency, capacity, quality and safety.
Skills:
Understands the definition of cycle time, the 8 wastes, root cause analysis, Just-in-Time (JIT), 5S and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to create process flow maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ability to conduct cycle time studies.
Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and deadlines.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
Intermediate skills in GSuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings and Forms).
Intermediate data analysis skills, able to run SQL queries and build Tableau dashboard
Ability to gather data from multiple sources and develop reporting based on in-depth understanding of the process and business needs
Ability in learning new tools quickly
Ability to pay strong attention to details
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable

Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business analytics and 3+ years of related work experience
