SAP R2R Solution Designer
We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Solution Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of SAP Finance experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or solution design role. Responsibilities
- Lead and design end-to-end SAP R2R solutions, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
- Provide functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
- Design and implement SAP FSCM, Treasury, Group Reporting, CO-PA, and Material Ledger solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance with MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Lead functional teams and manage stakeholders through business workshops and solution delivery.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP R2R processes and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SAP R2R processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP R2R best practices and technologies, and implement them where applicable.
Requirements
<>Required Skills- 12+ years of overall SAP Finance experience, including 2+ years in a lead/solution design role.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO.
- Hands-on functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FSCM, Treasury, Group Reporting, CO-PA, and Material Ledger.
- Experience in end-to-end solution architecture, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration with MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Experience in leading functional teams, stakeholder management, business workshops, and driving solution delivery.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Experience with Affinity Propagation and Augmented Reality.
- Knowledge of Software Design and Solution Architecture.
- Familiarity with Reporting, Requirements Elicitation, and Testing.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
