Job Title: Pricing & Rating Analyst / Developer

Job Description:
Applying insurance domain knowledge on property & casualty (P&C) auto business to understand requirements and reduce ramp-up time.
Identify rating rules and logic from legacy systems and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Configure rates in Earnix, Ratabase and Radar and integrate them with policy administration systems (PAS).
Collaborate with predictive modelling, pricing and underwriting teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies.
Manage product backlog in JIRA and run agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
Write efficient pseudo code for transformation logic and maintain traceability from requirements to code.
Apply mathematical concepts to correlate business needs with application components.
Document code and data conversion processes for transparency.
Provide clear communication among business, IT stakeholders and offshore teams, publish weekly status reports and highlight risks with mitigation plans.
Essential skills include deep knowledge of P&C insurance rating principles, configuration of Earnix, Ratabase and Radar, strong business analysis capabilities, end-to-end understanding of premium flow in PAS, proficiency with JIRA/Rally for backlog management, and expertise in drafting user stories with acceptance criteria.
Desirable skills include customer handling and stakeholder communication.
