Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce initiatives and collaborate closely with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, documenting functional specifications, and supporting Salesforce configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, QA, and project teams.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for business process improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
Support Salesforce configuration and enhancement activities involving objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and production validation.
Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
Support Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and timelines.
Conduct user training, prepare training documentation, and support change management and user adoption.
Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend improvements to business processes and solutions.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with significant Salesforce experience.
Strong Salesforce functional knowledge.
Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Functional specifications and user story development.
Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Data mapping and process documentation.
Gap analysis and process improvement.
UAT/SIT and testing coordination.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
