Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Health Cloud, Omni Studio, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building patient-facing autonomous agents integrated with digital engagement platforms, as well as developing scalable Salesforce applications in a healthcare environment.

This role follows a Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) model, combining agile practices with direct collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop patient-facing autonomous agents using Agentforce and Digital Engagement tools

Integrate agents with text messaging platforms to enable real-time patient interaction

Embed solutions within Salesforce Service Console for contact center teams

Build and enhance applications using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)

Develop custom UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Participate in a Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) delivery model (hybrid agile + hands-on deployment)

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Salesforce solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory)

Proven expertise in OmniStudio

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Experience building autonomous agents / conversational AI solutions (Agentforce preferred)

Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement (SMS, chat integrations)

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Console and contact center workflows

Experience working in healthcare domain (HIPAA awareness is a plus)

Strong understanding of API integrations and messaging platforms

Ability to work in a client-facing, forward deployment model

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating SMS platforms (e.g., Twilio or similar)

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Health Cloud, OmniStudio)

Experience working in agile / hybrid delivery environments

Prior experience in patient engagement solutions
