Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant to join their IT AMS delivery team. The client is implementing Core Finance on SAP S/4HANA 2025 using the RISE with SAP model and requires a strong functional lead to support their Application Management Services (AMS) practice.

The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), global banking, and financial processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and AMS teams to manage application support, enhancements, UAT, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO functional activities and coordinate with AMS delivery teams.

• Perform hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration and customization.

• Manage and support R2R (Record-to-Report) and PTP (Procure-to-Pay) finance processes.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve functional issues.

• Provide application support and manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

• Support UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

• Drive continuous improvement, system optimization, and process enhancements.

• Support SAP S/4HANA 2023 or higher environments.

• Work with global banking processes and financial integrations.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.

• Coordinate AMS operations and ensure effective service delivery.

• Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) related activities.

Required Skills 

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO.

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023 or higher.

• Deep functional knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) finance workflows.

• Hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration and customization experience.

• Experience with Global Banking and financial processes.

• Hands-on experience in UAT support, testing, and defect resolution.

• Strong experience in AMS (Application Management Services) and application support.

• Working experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Strong team leadership and AMS team coordination skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills.

• Experience in continuous improvement, system optimization, and enhancement management.
