Key Responsibilities:\\n
\\n
\\n - We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to Drive program-level planning and manage business requirements for healthcare data systems.
\\n - Conduct gap analysis, needs assessments, and resource planning to support project execution.
\\n - Develop cost models and business case justifications for new initiatives. Oversee research efforts - market, operational, financial - to advise strategic direction.
\\n - Work with engineering and product leads to guide system integration and data exchange solutions. Define and document interface requirements between systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:\\n
\\n
\\n - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
\\n - 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health
\\n - Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic
\\n - Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation
\\n - Strong skills in requirements HL7, FHIR, EDI
\\n - Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language
