Job description:
· Airtable Automation and Workflow Developer needed for Legal department process automation.
· 3-5 years' experience designing and building Airtable solutions is required: base and data model design, Interfaces, Automations, custom scripts (JavaScript), and API/webhook integrations with other systems. GPT/LLM developer, and Power Platform experience are a plus.
· Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design and deliver end-to-end workflow solutions, and usher business users through user acceptance testing.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as business stakeholders in Legal department are high-touch and not technical.
· Experience with Legal departments is a plus.
Skillset Matrix Manager Notes:
· Technology: Airtable: bases, linked records, views, Interfaces, Automations, and Scripting/Custom Extensions (JavaScript).
· Airtable REST API and webhooks; integration tools.
· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and GPT/LLM development (e.g., Airtable AI, Claude, ChatGPT API) a plus.
What does a typical day look like?
· (daily tasks) Intake new projects, meetings with Legal business users to discuss projects, design and develop Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, and integrations for business users, manage user testing, and document design.
Preferred background/prior work experience?
· 3-5 years' experience building Airtable automation and workflow solutions.
· Experience with Legal is a plus.
· Priority soft skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Legal business users are not technical and will need someone who can take their business needs and interpret them into a technical design.
