What You?ll Be Doing
- Diagnostics and drivability (based on skill level)
- Electrical troubleshooting (growing into advanced work)
- Oil changes, brakes, and general repairs
- Tire work and alignments
- Working on a variety of vehicles, including some European
- Supporting team workflow and solving problems efficiently
You won?t be stuck doing only basic work ? and you won?t be thrown into the deep end without support.
Pay & Compensation
- $26?$42/hour based on experience and skill
- Production bonus structure
- Realistic earnings: $68K?$90K+ annually
We pay based on what you can actually do ? and give you room to grow into higher earnings.

What We?re Looking For
- 3?7+ years of automotive experience
- Strong foundation in maintenance and repair
- Some diagnostic and electrical experience (or desire to grow into it)
- Own tools
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset
- Pride in clean, accurate work
ASE certifications are a plus ? not required.
