Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Location: Urbandale, Iowa (100% Remote)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PolicyCenter development and hold an active Guidewire certification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter
Strong experience in configuration and development within PolicyCenter
Guidewire Certification (Specialist or Professional) Mandatory
Good understanding of insurance policy lifecycle
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter applications
Customize workflows, rules, and integrations as required
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases
Provide production support and issue resolution as needed
