Join Mastercard's Authentication Program team as Director - Product Management. In this role, you will look to use AI to bridge the gaps between complex technical delivery and commercial business outcomes, moving from experimental pilots to core operational functions like fraud prevention, real-time transactional analytics, and agentic commerce.

Role Requirements

Oversee the transition of AI models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, dependable, and integrated with legacy payment systems.
Identify high-value use cases for AI across the payment lifecycle, such as intelligent checkout orchestration, automated dispute resolution, or transaction acceptance optimization.
Define the data requirements for model training. This includes identifying internal transaction data silos and sourcing external data (e.g., identity verification or social signals) to improve model accuracy.
Establish robust AI governance frameworks to manage model risk, ensure data privacy, and maintain compliance with evolving global financial regulations.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Legal teams to embed AI-driven features into our internal processes and/or customer journey.
Move beyond standard product metrics to track AI-specific success.

All About You
Typically requires 4-7+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a background in payments or financial services.
Experience working with both large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or digital platform partners.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a demanding environment.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Expert at explaining to non-technical stakeholders why a model \"thinks\" a certain way and managing expectations around AI's limitations.
Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address product and / or customer onboarding needs.
Demonstrated experience with successful project management and strategic thinking.
Initiative-taker, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven.
