We are seeking an
Offensive Security Engineer to lead penetration testing and offensive security efforts across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience presenting risk to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced penetration testing of applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Lead offensive security assessments in Microsoft Azure
- Identify, exploit, and clearly document security vulnerabilities with actionable remediation guidance
- Produce executive-ready reports and communicate findings to business users and C-suite stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging threats, including AI-related attack techniques
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, and 5 years primarily penetration testing.
- Strong experience as an Offensive Security Engineer / Penetration Tester / AppSec Engineer
- Significant hands-on experience in Azure cloud security testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- AI security experience (highly preferred)
- OSCP and/or CISSP certifications (strong nice-to-have)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
