Job Summary The Salesforce Architect is responsible for leading enterprise-level Salesforce solution design and delivery across multiple clouds. This role focuses on defining technical strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and guiding complex transformation programs while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration design aligned with business objectives Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and enforce governance standards Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, and unified data models Design AI-driven workflows using Salesforce AI capabilities and data activation strategies Develop Health Cloud solutions for care management, patient engagement, and provider integration Design and govern integration architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems Define integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Required Qualifications 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 45 years in an architect or technical lead role Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion and identity resolution Deep knowledge of Health Cloud and healthcare-related solution design Strong experience in integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, LWC, SOQL, platform events, and flows Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments Strong understanding of security models, access control, and governance frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in consulting or professional services environments Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms Experience working with AI-driven Salesforce capabilities Certifications Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional Salesforce Certified Integration Architect Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Salesforce Certified Integration Architect , Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional , Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant , Salesforce Certified Application Architect , Sales System Architect
